Board Certified Real Estate Attorney

Board certification is the highest level of evaluation by The Florida Bar of competency and experience within an area of law, as well as professionalism and ethics in practice.  Chad has been board certified in real estate law since 1994.

Board Certified Condominium and Planned Development Law Attorney

As an eminent attorney in the field, Chad was appointed in 2016 to serve as a member of The Florida Bar's inaugural nine-person committee for Condominium and Planned Development Law Certification. He served 5 years on the committee, and recently served as co-chair and chair. The committee developed the criteria for this certification area, reviews the credentials of applicants, prepares and grades the examination, and recommends to the Board of Legal Specialization and Education that certificates be issued to qualified attorneys. Chad was among the first attorneys to receive this certification effective June 1, 2018.
